Newsprint tariff ads


The increased newsprint tariffs on Canadian imported paper, which is used by most newspapers, will hurt consumers' access to news. This is the featured message in new ads sponsored by the News Media Alliance and the Stop Tariffs on Printers & Publishers Coalition. The organizations created seven different ads that newspapers can use to educate readers about the negative consequences the tariffs impose. The goal is to engage consumers in the fight against newsprint tariffs.
