CT Media is hiring a Multi-Media Sales Executive (MMSE) as part of our dynamic sales team. We’re seeking a lead- er who loves sales, knows Randolph County, enjoys going out into the field, and is a great human being. Someone who is creative, understands both legacy print and digital platforms, who brings a passion to work, and truly wants to help local businesses grow and succeed. A successful candidate will be able to reach established sales goals and key performance indicators, identify new opportunities for current and new clients, and coordinate logistics associated with all of our products and services.
• Understand the Randolph County market and be able to identify local prospects
• Develop and grow special publications, promotions, and events
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent closing skills
• Be a problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify the complex
• Bring a positive attitude and sense of humor to work every day
• Have a competitive nature and a winning team spirit
• Conduct client check-ins, face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations
• Develop and work a solid pipeline of potential customers’ growth within existing base, develop new customers and produce accurate forecasts within CRM software
Ideal candidates will be proficient in MS Office and have an understanding of digital products and services.
