The Asheboro Courier-Tribune and The Lexington Dispatch are hiring a Regional Circulation Manager to lead our Circulation teams in Asheboro and Lexington, NC. We’re seeking a leader who loves to take care of customers and independent contractors, knows how to provide legendary customer service, enjoys going out into the field, and is a great human being. Someone who cares both about the staff and the bottom line, who knows that every department and every person at the paper is important, and who brings a passion to work.
Reporting directly to our Asheboro General Manager, the Regional Circulation Manager will lead, coach and inspire a diverse and talented team and be responsible for overall growth and profitability of the Circulation department. The Regional Circulation Manager will also work with our regional team to ensure success in sales, marketing and promotions. A successful candidate will establish and exceed service goals, identify new marketing opportunities and coordinate logistics associated with all of our products and services. Must:

Ideal candidates will have a solid background in Circulation. Strong track record of success in management and leadership. Experience with staff recruitment, retention, training and team-building.
